Oral appliance therapy for Obstructive Sleep Apnea is covered by most medical insurance plans. Certain written records are required (such as a written order from your physician, pre-authorizations for payment, etc.). The patient is responsible for deductibles, co-pays and other payments which are determined by your insurer. Our team will work closely with you and your physician to obtain the necessary written documentation and file the claim on your behalf.
