Terms and Conditions
Effective date: October 14, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms cover use of www.greatsleepdental.com and the Great Sleep Dental text-messaging program. The practice is Annisya Bagdonas DDS PLLC, operating as Great Sleep Dental ("we," "us" or "our"). Please read these terms before using the website or enrolling in text messages. Text-message enrollment requires a separate opt-in; simply visiting the website or providing a phone number does not enroll you.
2. Information and appointments
Website information is for general education and is not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or substitute for advice from your own qualified healthcare professional. Using the website or exchanging administrative messages does not itself establish a dentist-patient relationship. An appointment request is subject to confirmation by our office.
Do not use website forms or text messages for urgent concerns or emergencies. Call 911 in an emergency. For questions about your care, call the office and follow your treating clinician's instructions.
3. Appropriate use and website content
Use the website lawfully. Do not send false or abusive information, upload harmful software, interfere with the site, or attempt unauthorized access. Submit information only when you are authorized to do so. Website text, images, logos and other materials belong to their respective owners. You may view them for personal, noncommercial use; other uses require permission unless the law permits them.
4. Privacy and outside links
Our Privacy Policy explains website data practices. These website terms do not replace the practice's patient privacy notices or clinical consent documents. Avoid sending sensitive health, financial or identity details through ordinary texts or general contact forms; ask the office for an appropriate secure method.
Links to outside websites may have their own terms and privacy policies. Review those policies before using another service. Website information and availability can change; contact the office to confirm details important to you.
5. Updates and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes to the messaging program will be communicated as required, and any new consent required for a different message purpose will be obtained separately.

6. Text-messaging terms
Program and enrollment
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes to the messaging program will be communicated as required, and any new consent required for a different message purpose will be obtained separately.
Participation is voluntary. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing services or receiving care. These terms do not authorize promotional messages; any marketing program would need its own appropriate disclosures and consent.
Frequency, charges and availability
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and communications with the office. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan; check with your wireless provider. Delivery depends on network and carrier availability. Texts may be delayed or may not arrive, so contact the office directly if you need confirmation or a timely response.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to a message to opt out of the program.
You may also ask us to stop by calling 617-328-4050 or emailing info@greatsleepdental.com. We will honor your request and stop sending text messages to that number. To receive texts again, contact the office to complete a new opt-in. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment; call the office for scheduling changes.
Getting help
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact 617-328-4050 or info@greatsleepdental.com.
Texts are for routine office communication and are not monitored continuously. Do not rely on a text response for urgent needs or use the program for emergencies, diagnosis or clinical advice.
Privacy
Read our Privacy Policy at www.greatsleepdental.com/privacy-policy. Ordinary SMS may be visible to anyone with access to your device or phone account. Please avoid sending sensitive personal or health information by text and ask the office about secure communication options.
No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
